Reports regarding Google’s knowledge and awareness have been showing over-exaggeration in the matter, but there is an easy way for you to discover how much Google knows about you.

If you want to try it, search "Google Ads settings" and then click "Ads Settings.” Google will reveal a list of what the search engine knows about you, listing your age and gender, and not only that; but also your personal interests.

Google decides which advertisements you see on the webpage when you browse online, based on your previous search activity.

For example, according to Google, Jason Wilding, from Exeter, is interested in hair care, but gave up on this activity when he went bold a long time ago.
