SANA: Arms smuggling attempt foiled on Lebanon-Syria border
Syrian state news agency SANA reported that border guards thwarted an attempt to smuggle weapons across the Syrian-Lebanese border following "a well-executed ambush."
According to the report, Syrian border forces intercepted the operation and seized the weapons, preventing them from being smuggled across the border between Syria and Lebanon.
