Yemeni vice president fixes Feb 21 election date
Yemeni Vice President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi issued a decree on Saturday calling a presidential election for Feb. 21 next year, the Saba state news agency reported.   

President Ali Abdullah Saleh signed a deal on Wednesday under which he transferred his powers to Hadi after 33 years in office and 10 months of protests against his rule that have brought the country to the edge of civil war.
