OIC calls on Syria to implement promised reforms
The Organization of the Islamic Cooperation (OIC) kicked off its emergency conference held in the Saudi city of Jeddah on Wednesday to look into Syria’s developments.

Although the conference is solely dedicated to the OIC executive committee, attendance is open to any minister wishing to participate in the meetings.

The OIC reiterated its call for Syria to resort to peaceful means and implement the promised reforms, such as ending violence against civilians to avoid internationalizing the crisis.
