Muallem: Turkey destabilizing Syria

Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Muallem said on Thursday that the Turkish government is playing a negative role in order to shake the security and destabilize Syria.

During a meeting with the Head of Turkish al-Sa’adah Party Mustafa Kamalak, Muallem stressed that the Syrian and Turkish people are joined by strong ties.

“The Syrian and Turkish people are joined together by historic, cultural and common interests”, Kamalak said.

Kamalak hoped that things will go back to normal, refusing foreign interference in Syrian affairs.
