Watching porn disrupts parts of the brain

A new study showed that watching porn movies and other sexual content can disrupt the part of the brain that analyzes visual stimuli since it requires the extensive use of sight.

According to the study, watching movies or performing any other visual task is associated with an increase of the amount of blood flowing to the brain, but this does not happen when the film is obscene.

Researchers said that when watching porn, the brain transforms the blood flow and the energy to another part of the brain that is responsible for sexual arousal.
