Kuwaiti parliament fails to convene primary session for second consecutive time
The Kuwaiti National Assembly failed once again to hold its primary parliamentary session for the second time on Tuesday for lack of quorum.            

Last week marked the initial failure of the meeting, for the aforementioned reason.                       

In this context, the President of the National Assembly Jassem Al-Kharafi said that he would leave it up to ruling Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah to take the appropriate measures accordingly.
