Prosecutor in Bhutto assassination case shot dead

A prosecutor investigating the 2007 assassination of former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto was shot dead on Friday, police sources said.

Gunmen on a motorcyle pumped 12 bullets into the prosecutor, Chaudhry Zulfikar, as he left his home in Islamabad, the sources said.
