Iran calls on U.S. to apologize for Saudi ambassador accusation
Iranian Foreign Ministry said Tuesday that the U.S. should apologize for accusing Teheran of plotting to assassinate the Saudi ambassador to the U.S.     Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast said that “Teheran is expressing, through the message it addressed to the U.S., its opposition to the scenario fabricated by the U.S. and demands official apologies since these accusations are absolutely incorrect.”      

U.S. grand jury late last month formally indicted two men suspected of being part of an Iranian plot to kill the Saudi ambassador to Washington.
