Canada PM Carney says nation 'mourns' with Tumbler Ridge after mass shooting

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney said Wednesday the entire country was in mourning after a mass shooting a day earlier in the remote western town of Tumbler Ridge.

"The nation mourns with you. Canada stands by you," Carney said in brief remarks to reporters, adding that he had requested flags to be lowered across the nation for seven days.
