US ready to thwart any potential Iranian attacks, White House says

The White House said on Tuesday that the U.S. military is prepared to thwart any potential Iranian attacks, in response to threats by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps against American companies in the region.

A White House official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said: “The U.S. military is ready—and has been ready—to thwart any Iranian attacks, as demonstrated by a 90% decline in ballistic missile and drone attacks carried out by this regime.”

Iranian state media earlier reported that the IRGC had threatened to target U.S. companies in the region starting April 1, in response to attacks on Iran.
