Medvedev criticizes military threats to Iran

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said Tuesday "militarist statements to the effect that Israel or other countries use force against Iran or any other country in the Middle East" represented "very dangerous rhetoric".

At a joint news conference with German president Christian Wulff in Berlin, Medvedev called on the concerned parties to be calm, and to avoid this kind of threats and hostile statements.
