REPORT: Al-Waer neighborhood heavily shelled by Syrian regime forces

Al-Waer neighborhood is paying a heavy price as it is located near the besieged neighborhoods of the old city of Homs the regime is trying to capture.

Al-Waer, one of the largest neighborhoods held by opposition forces in Homs, is heavily shelled by Syrian regime troops.
