Judge Saqr files lawsuit against Ahmad Assir’s supporters

The State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr filed on Thursday several lawsuit against a number of detainees who are supporters of Sheikh Ahmad Assir, on charges of belonging to a terrorist organization, assaulting Lebanese Armed Forces soldiers, carrying out terrorist acts and possessing weapons.

Judge Saqr referred the case to the first military investigation judge who will take the necessary judicial measures against the detainees.
