Nicolas Nahas: workers to receive their share from wage increase

Economy Minister Nicolas Nahas told Sawt Lobnan radio “we should not anticipate things; it is better to await the last decision of the Shura Council. Irrespective of the council's approval, the workers will get their share from the wage increase after an agreement was reached between the concerned parties.”

Nahas reassured the Lebanese that the security situation is under control, adding that Interior Minister Marwan Charbel will announce new security measures in a press conference on Friday.

Nahhas denied media reports about the possibility of bomb attacks on New Year’s Eve to destabilize the country.
