Assad’s cousin denied visa to Switzerland
The newspaper “NZZ am Sontag” reported on Monday that Switzerland refused to grant visa to Syrian President Bashara Assad’s cousin Hafiz Makhlouf who wanted to visit his lawyer in Switzerland.    

Makhlouf, the head of the Syrian General Intelligence in Damascus, is against the international sanctions imposed on the Syrian regime and some Syrian officials. It was reported that Makhlouf was bound for Switzerland to challenge international sanctions imposed against him.
