Najafi criticizes human rights record in Iraq
Iraqi House Speaker Osama Najafi condemned the massive violations of human rights in Iraq, by usage of violence against individuals and properties, arbitrary detentions and mistreatment.          

In a speech he held on the occasion of the U.S. withdrawal, Najafi said that public freedoms are one of the most important achievements of democracy in the Iraqi Constitution; “However, human rights were lost in light of the current political path.”
