Arrest warrants issued against 40 detainees, including officers in Roumieh prison
Military Investigative Judge Fadi Sawan issued Tuesday an indictment, whereby he accused 40 detainees, including civilians and officers in the Roumieh prison, of committing crimes related to drug trafficking and drug abuse within the jail premises.

The judge issued the decision in accordance with articles 125, 126 and 127 of the Narcotics Law.

Judge Sawan also issued arrest warrants against the said detainees and referred them to the military court for prosecution.
