Sleiman chairs evening cabinet session, tackles developments with ministers

President Michel Sleiman will be chairing this evening's cabinet session at Baabda Presidential Palace, with 48 items on its agenda.

Sleiman held a series of meetings at Baabda palace, where he discussed means of boosting the environmental situation in Lebanon with the Minister of Environment Nazem Khoury.

In turn, Youth and Sports Minister Faysal Karami briefed the President on the ministry's expansion project, via the implementation of the "Youth policy project in Lebanon."

The President also had an audience with the newly elected Hotel's Syndicate Head, Mr. Pierre Ashkar, who updated the President on the Hotel's Tourism sector, and handed him a list of key demands to develop this sector.
