Jordan’s King Abdullah II left on Saturday for a working visit to the United States, during which he is expected to meet with U.S. President Barack Obama on Tuesday.

The meeting is likely to discuss the prospects of bringing the Palestinians and Israelis back to negotiations with a view to accomplishing the two-state solution.
