Abou Faour launches project for amending tenancy law

Social Affairs Minister Wael Abou Faour launched on Thursday the project for amending the tenancy law issued in 2006 to issue implementation decrees in this regard.

Abou Faour explained that the draft law includes many motives and facilities that will encourage investors to build and let.

Abou Faour added that this law allows those with limited incomes to acquire residence without a down payment, hoping that launching this project will put the solution for the accommodation crisis on the right track.
