Abdul Jalil warns of civil war in Libya

Libyan NTC Head Mustafa Abdul Jalil warned on Sunday of a civil war in Libya should the council resign.

Abdul Jalil ruled out the council’s resignation as he accused “invisible hands” of being behind the recent violent acts in Libya.
