On Wednesday February 18, 2014, the price of 95 octane fuel and that of 98 octane fuel increased 800 LBP while the price of fuel oil and diesel increased and gas 400 LBP each.
The table issued by Minister of Energy and Water Arthur Nazarian set the prices of hydrocarbon derivatives as follows:
- Gasoline 95 octane: 22,400 LBP
- Gasoline 98 octane: 23,000 LBP
- Fuel Oil: 14,900 LBP
- Diesel Oil: 15,100 LBP
- Kerosene: 16,200 LBP
- Gas Canister: 12,900
