Iran transfers $1 billion to Assad to compensate for boycott

Information spread by U.S. media revealed that the Iranian government transferred $1 billion to the Assad regime in order to compensate for the Arab and International boycott.

Atlanta Constitution journal reported that documents were obtained after a piracy website was able to hack 78 computers owned by senior officials in the Assad regime.

The computer of Minister of Presidential Affairs Mansour Azzam includes two letters regarding Iran’s assistance to Syria. The two letters said that Syria had to benefit from Iran’s experience in this regard.

Amid heightened tensions between the Syrian armed opposition and the regime, U.S. news sources said that the Obama administration is convinced that the Syrian opposition is no longer a peaceful one and that the situation in Syria can lead to a civil war.
