Frangieh to LBCI: 2005 Lebanese revolution moved to Syria

MP Samir Fragieh told Nharkom Saiid on Tuesday that the 2005 Lebanese revolution has now moved to Syria, adding that the Syrian independence guarantees Lebanon’s stability and vice versa.

Frangieh added that the fact that representative of Syrian National Council will not be attending the February 14 ceremony in Biel personally is due to security reasons.

Frangieh stressed that March 8 coalition and Hezbollah failed because the glory days of the Syrian regime are long gone. “By solving the Shia-Sunni conflict in Lebanon, this conflict will be solved in the region”, Frangieh said.
