Allouch to LBCI: Future movement not related to Tripoli armament
Future Movement former MP Mustafa Allouch said on Thursday that his movement has no connection to the armament in Tripoli, calling on the judicial authorities to interrogate him in this regard. “The Future movement is under the law,” he stressed.

During an interview with Nharkom Said TV show, Allouch called for clearing all Lebanese regions, not only Tripoli, from illegitimate arms.

“The weapon cache that exploded in Tripoli is related to political sides that are hostile to the Future Movement”, he said, adding that, “in the past, the cache was connected to the Tawhid Movement.”

Allouch stressed that there are many soldiers of fortune in Tripoli that receive payment from Hezbollah, adding that when clash erupts in the city, Hezbollah’s arms are pointed towards Bal Mohsen. “It is not permissible for Lebanese security authorities to blackout the investigation’s results,” he added.

Asked whether Syrian opposition members are present in Tripoli, Allouch explained that “there are contacts only on the leadership level,” adding that the movement is not requested to carry out other than humanitarian activities.
