REPORT: Berri says waste crisis has become “a mockery”
Speaker Nabih Berri called on Wednesday for holding general legislative sessions on Thursday November 12 at 11:00 am and in the evening of the same day, then on Friday the 13th. The sessions will be dedicated to discuss and pass draft laws included in the agenda.

Citing Berri during Wednesday’s deputies gathering, the MPs said that resuming the legislative work has become an urgent need amid the growing financial, economic and social issued.

Concerning the waste crisis, Berri noted that this issue has become “a mockery,” calling for putting an end to all sorts of “territorial disputes and bickering.”
