Ziad Rahbani’s recordings used as weapon in Syria’s online battle
With the emergence of the Syrian Uprising, the “Baadna Taybeen Qoul Allah” (We're still alive - say Allah!) recordings from the satirical radio show by Ziad Rahbani surfaced again on social media networks in the framework of the heated online battle between Syria's Loyalists and Opposition.

After Opposition members shared a scene of the “Baadna Taybeen Qoul Allah” show which Rahbani has recorded after the Syrian Troops entered Lebanon, Loyalists launched a counter-attack sharing another scene from the “El Akel Zineh” show (Brains are only accessories).

At a time when the Syrian people are living their deepest division, it seems that Ziad Rahbani remains the sole link between both conflicting sides.
