Former Prime Minister Najib Mikati congratulated on Saturday Lebanon's Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdel-Latif Derian and deputy head of the Higher Shiite Islamic Council, Sheikh Abdel Amir Qabalan on the Prophet’s Birthday.
Mikati ruled out the possibility of electing a new president any time soon.
