Al-Lino's bodyguard injured in Ain el Helweh clash

One of the bodyguards of Palestinian Armed Struggle chief "al-Lino" was injured in a clash on Wednesday near al-Lino's residence in Ain el Helweh.

It was earlier reported that an explosive device near al-Lino's residence in Ain el Helweh was defused.

In details, a citizen found a paint bucket in a trash container near the residence of al-Lino. Inside the bucket he found some suspicious wires which caught his attention.

Accordingly, the scene was cordoned off as a military expert affiliated with the Palestinian Armed Struggle arrived to inspect the wires.

It turned out that it was an explosive device containing TNT and linked to three 60 mm rockets as well as several detonators. Two mobiles phones were also detected in connection with the device. An electronic message was displayed on one of the mobile, however, its content has not been made public.

An investigation was launched into the incident to determine its circumstances.
