The Syrian file witnessed new developments today; on the diplomatic level, the United Nations Security Council issued a statement on Wednesday threatening Syria with “further steps” if it fails to comply with Annan`s peace plan in a timely manner.

The plan stated that all governmental forces should be withdrawn from the cities and all heavy weapons to be removed from the areas witnessing protests.

The plan does not have any effect on the ground but remarkably both China and Russia approved it.

On the security level, the “Ahel al Sham Front” announced its responsibility for Saturday’s blasts as a response to the bombing of Homs, Idlib, Hama and Daraa.
In Lebanon the subject of rotten products is propagating to newly affected items.

The internal security forces found today expired medical products dumped in several places.
