MP Ghanem: Fragmentation of justice with exceptional courts should not be allowed
The Administration and Justice Committee held a session on Monday dedicated for adjusting the Military Judicial law on the backdrop of former Minister Michel Samaha’s Release.

Head of the committee MP Robert Ghanem said that the committee discussed the proposal of a law related to the Military Court, and stipulating that “texts and procedures should be modified if any imbalances where found in order to bring justice to everyone as given in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.”

“The discussion was objective as fragmentation of justice with exceptional courts should not be allowed,” he added.
