REPORT: PM Salam says efforts ongoing to find solutions
Prime Minister Tammam Salam said Thursday that “Lebanon is going through a difficult stage, noting that “this reality will not obstruct any effort to find new solutions and exits.”
 
During his address during the National Primary Healthcare Conference, Salam stressed that he will never abandon his responsibilities, reiterated his call for holding the presidential elections.
 
The PM also called upon all political parties to overlook personal interests in order to be able to protect Lebanon.
 
For his part, Health Minister Wael Abou Faour revealed that the Health Ministry is working on launching a new project for full and comprehensive health insurance, which will further emphasize the concept of the welfare state, which is responsible for its citizens.
