Facade of a Bourj Hammoud building collapses, no injuries reported
The facade of a vacant building collapsed in Bourj Hammoud, near Big Sale,  on Friday and no injuries have been immediately reported.

Exclusive sources told LBCI that the building was ancient and its owners had already demolished considerable parts of it. The sources added that when the façade collapsed, it inflected damage on two cars parked nearby.

In the past few months, Lebanon has witnessed a series of collapses that drew harsh criticism, placing the responsibility on state institutions. The first most fatal one was that of Fassouh that killed 27 people and left several families without a residence.
