REPORT: Syria says Russian pullout was no surprise

Russia's withdrawal of forces from Syria was a no surprise, Bashar Ja'afari, head of the Syrian delegation at peace talks in Geneva, said on Wednesday.

Ja'afari was speaking following a second meeting of his Syria government delegation with U.N. mediator and special envoy to Syria Staffan de Mistura during peace talks.
