Qabbani to LBCI: Bassil should be held accountable
Chair of Parliament’s Energy and Water Committee MP Mohammad Qabbani said that the steps taken by the government to solve the electricity issue in the country are illegal, as the government has to abide by codified laws enforcing it to rehabilitate electricity power plants instead of building new ones.

Qabbani told Nharkom Said on LBCI that the Minister of Energy Gibran Bassil is not the only one to be held accountable but the entire government should be, adding that he will question the cabinet at the right time.
