Unknown assailant torches vehicle in al-Shaatieh

Unknown assailant torched a car rented by a Lebanese national identified as Hassan Meselmani in the southern town of al-Shaatieh on Wednesday-Thursday overnight, according to the state-run National News Agency.

The NNA added that Hassan had worked as a broker with Mohammed al-Meslmani, (known as al-Brazili), who is arrested on charges of fraud for collecting millions of dollars from innocent people and freely spending them.

This as another unknown assailant set ablaze a car that belongs to Kh. Jasshi in the southern town of Jwaya.

The security apparatuses rushed to the scene and launched investigations in the incident.

Over the past week, the town of Jwaya has been witnessing several personal disputes between youth; some of them are still arrested by the security apparatuses.
