Clinton urges Iran to make 'concrete commitments'
U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton called urged Iran on Tuesday to make "concrete commitments" on its nuclear program at upcoming April talks with major powers.

"We expect to see concrete commitments from Iran that it will come clean on its nuclear program and live up to its international obligations," Clinton added.

Clinton stressed that President Barack Obama is adamant to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, adding that all options are on the table.
