12-year-old boy drowns in Younine seasonal lake
Three hours after drowning in a seasonal lake on Younine road, the body of 12-year-old boy Alaa Hidar was pulled out then transferred to a nearby hospital.

Alaa and his family were spending their day on the bank of the seasonal lake to take advantage of the sun. When Alaa was taking a swim in the waters, he got stuck in the mud at the center of the lake. Civil Defense members and a number of professional divers tried to rescue him, but he ended up drowning after being in the waters for a long period of time.
