Telecommunications Minister Boutros Harb stressed Monday that “the false accusations against the Telecommunications Ministry and its employees will not affect their position”.
“Some want us to fight with a knife and back them in their accusations against the employees at the administration, but we believe in the judiciary, the law and justice,” Boutros added.
Harb pointed out during a banquet hosted by the two mobile phone companies Alfa and Touch that “if there was anyone involved in the illegal internet case he’ll be the first to request having them held accountable, but will now allow anyone to stand against the innocent.”
