REPORT: Nicolas Saad, new victim of celebratory gunfire
Nicolas Saad became the latest victim of celebratory gunfire after he was shot by people who wanted to celebrate their victory in the municipal and mokhtar elections in the district of Zghorta.
 
He was playing cards on the balcony of his house when a bullet penetrated his leg.
