Aoun hopes start of Ramadan “would bring rivals closer”

Change and Reform bloc leader MP Michel Aoun hoped on Monday that the start of the holy month of Ramadan would bring rival parties closer and resolves Lebanon's crises.

"We hope that the start of the holy month marks the beginning of agreement between all sides and the start of the end of the huge crises that Lebanon and the entire region are passing through," Aoun said in a tweet.
