REPORT: Kataeb’s resignation makes government unconstitutional – former minister

Former Justice Minister Bahij Tabbara said that the resignation of the two Kataeb’s Ministers does not lead to the resigning of the government, unless it loses its prime minister or more than one third of its members, but with their resignation the cabinet becomes unconstitutional for it no longer represents all Lebanese parties.
