[PHOTOS] Army seizes more than 1 million Captagon pills hidden inside wooden cabinets

The Lebanese Army Intelligence Branch raided on Sunday the house of a Syrian national in the region of Roueissat who works as a carpenter.

The Syrian national used to smuggle into Arab countries, along with several other people, large quantities of Captagon pills hidden inside wooden cabinets.

The Intelligence Brach identified the Syrian national only by his initials as: R. N. (born in 1966)]

More than 1.004.000 pills were seized from his house which are worth between one to two million US dollars.

This as the concerned authorities are carrying out the appropriate investigations to arrest the other persons involved.
