Lebanese citizen Mohammad Youssef Sleiman filed a report at the police station in the town of Beit Shama in Baalbek, claiming that members from al-Hajj Hassan family kidnapped his son Rayan for debt-related reasons.
The father said that the kidnappers have contacted him and told him that they would release his son in exchange for money.
