Sources told LBCI Friday that the Lebanese army had arrested a man suspected of being the ringleader of smuggling operations for the Islamic State in the country.
Army intelligence arrested the suspected militant, who was identified as Syrian Abou Bilal al-Qabout, in the northern border region of Wadi Khaled.
No further details were provided.
