EDL money collectors rally in Corniche el-Nahr, threaten to escalate

EDL money-collectors began rallying at 7 a.m. at the entrance of the electricity institution in Corniche el-Nahr, on Friday. The collectors threatened to keep employees locked in and prevent others from entering the building. Their measures aim at pressuring officials to fulfill their rightful demands, especially regarding tenure.

The ISF immediately rushed to the place to prevent riots upon the request of EDL officials.
