Bassil says parliamentary elections must be main goal of new cabinet
Free Patriotic Movement Gebran Bassil said on Wednesday that the new government can include 24 ministers, adding that its main goal must be the holding of the parliamentary elections of their due time.
Bassil’s comments were made after the Change and Reform bloc’s weekly meeting in Rabieh whereby he said that there is no veto on anyone in the new cabinet.
“We have reached far in the formation process, and the presidency along with our bloc submitted all needed facilitations and sacrifices,” Bassil concluded by saying.
