REPORT: Electricity in Lebanon at $0 cost; is it possible?

The power supply hours in the Lebanese range from 12 to 18 hours per day, depending on the region in question.

This shortage in supply has been sustaining great losses for the state and the citizen, who pays two electricity bills, one for the state and another for the private generator subscription.

 

In this context, and under the title “Legalize Electricity,” the Lebanese Institute for Market Studies proposed a solution to the electricity issue in Lebanon at a cost of zero dollars. But where does the main problem lie?
