Fugitive militant turns himself to Lebanese army Intelligence

A fugitive militant identified as Othman Maarouf Hneineh surrendered himself on Thursday to the Lebanese Army Intelligence in south Lebanon.

Hneineh is a supporter of imprisoned radical cleric Sheikh Ahmad Assir and had taken refuge at the Palestinian refugee camp of Ain al-Helweh.
